Gas logs, inserts, fireplaces, and other heating appliances need regular maintenance. We recommend having your unit serviced every year or two to ensure proper operation.
If you purchased your unit from us, we likely have your information, but please have the make, model, and serial number of your unit available if possible before scheduling. This will help ensure we have the proper parts on the truck which COULD avoid a second call after the initial diagnostic appointment.
Even with all of that, second calls are possible, and if you did not purchase the unit from us, we may not have repair parts in stock. The initial call would be for diagnostic purposes with a follow up likely. However, we make every effort to solve the problem in one call.
In either case, if you find out after a diagnostic appointment that the repair costs will be too high, we MAY be able to credit all, or part of the cost of the call towards the purchase of a new grill or hearth product.
